Once we receive it, we will contact you to detail the characteristics of the material and send you an estimate in which we will indicate: method of payment, delivery time and shipping costs.
The minimum amount to place an order will be 300€. For lower orders, a 25€ surcharge will be applied, which corresponds to the handling costs.
Confirmation of the order will be made by signing and stamping the quotation which will be sent by e-mail to the address comercial@decoplastic.com (together with proof of the transfer of the amount indicated in the initial proposal).
Payments shall be made by direct debit to a bank account. The first operation will be made in cash. For special orders or reduced consumption references, the form of payment shall be 50% on placing the order and the remaining 50% according to general conditions.
We recommend specifying the order number in the concept of the transfer in order to avoid incidents.
The goods supplied shall remain the property of DECOPLASTIC 2000, S.L. until the full payment has been received.
All orders shall be shipped at the customer's expense, either by including them in the final invoice (carriage paid) or by including them in the final invoice (postage due) or transport designated by the purchaser.
The price of packaging will be detailed in the quotation. The products will be delivered fully palletised to the customer's address. They will be delivered at street level under the safety regulations in force.
The delivery time is 10 working days. This is an indicative period and is subject to stock and the manufacturing process, which will be detailed on confirmation of the quotation.
In exceptional situations in which there is a delay in the indicated delivery times caused by force majeure or other causes beyond Decoplastic control, the customer will not be able to claim for the return or compensation of the order.
In orders that include products with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped when the entire order is ready or partially according to previous agreement with the customer.
The customer shall check the condition of the goods upon receipt of the order. He/she must sign and fill in the reception form indicating the necessary observations, as well as the damage, if any, in order to be able to make the claim effective within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt. Decoplastic will not be responsible for damages caused by the transport not communicated in that period.
In case of receiving goods in bad condition, the customer must sign the delivery note, indicating any damage to the product or external damage to the packaging. Likewise, should also contact DECOPLASTIC 2000 S.L. by sending an email to comercial@decoplastic.com attaching the delivery note, as well as photographs of the damaged material, within a period of no more than 24 hours.
Due to the legal requirements of the transport agencies, claims that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted.
Once the claim has been received, we will proceed to study it in order to assess the payment or repair of the goods.
If you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact Decoplastic to evaluate the situation within 24 hours. Once the return has been accepted, the goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return costs will be borne by the customer. The costs arising from the return of items as a result of an error made by the customer shall be borne by the customer. The return of custom-made products will not be accepted. Likewise, the return of unpacked or used products will not be accepted.
Once we have received and checked the condition of the returned order at our Decoplastic facilities, we will proceed with the refund.
GENERAL: All our products are guaranteed for five years against any material and/or manufacturing defect. Except for the mobile elements whose guarantee is 3 years.
FOOD: In our products we use first approved material for food use with exclusion of heavy materials. According to EEC regulations.
DECOPLASTIC 2000, S.L. and the customer expressly submit, in the event of any doubt or discrepancy in the conditions of sale expressed, to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaga.
